About Me

Living with OCD or hoarding disorder can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I help adolescents (12+), adults, and families learn practical, evidence-based tools to break free from fear and create space for the life they want. My approach combines Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens. I strive to make ERP less intimidating by keeping it collaborative, creative, and yes—even fun—so recovery feels both meaningful and sustainable.

I (she/her) specialize in treating hoarding disorder and OCD, with particular expertise in relationship OCD (ROCD), contamination OCD, health anxiety, and perfectionism/“just right” OCD. I also offer recovery coaching for parents, families, and significant others, because the power of an informed support system cannot be overstated.

I also come to this work with lived experience. I struggled with OCD and hoarding disorder for 20 years before finding recovery through ERP. This transformation inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others do the same. Because I’ve been there, I know how exhausting it can be to feel trapped in your own mind—and I also know that recovery is possible.

I currently work as a staff therapist at Triska Psychotherapy, a private practice that focuses on treating OCD, hoarding disorder, and anxiety disorders, and specializes in serving queer and trans clients. I strive to provide a safe, inclusive space for neurodivergent individuals, people with complex trauma histories, and my fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community.

More than anything, I want my clients to know they’re not alone. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel both supported and challenged, where you can loosen OCD’s grip, reconnect with what matters most to you, and begin building a life that reflects who you truly are.
